Florida Personal Injury Lawyer Ramon Castillo
Mr. Castillo was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1990, Mr. Castillo moved to Florida and attended the University of Central Florida. In 1994, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. After completing the Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course, Mr. Castillo was stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina where he served with the XVIII Airborne Corps and the 82 nd Airborne Division. During his service, he deployed to Haiti and Bosnia Herzegovina. In 1998, Mr. Castillo received an honorable discharge and returned to Florida. After several years working for pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Castillo decided to return to school and pursue a legal career.
In 2005, Mr. Castillo graduated from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.). After law school, Mr. Castillo practiced insurance and medical malpractice defense in Orlando, Florida. After several years, Mr. Castillo left that practice to represent people injured as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Castillo is a member of the Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Central Florida Trial lawyer Association and The Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.
